Continuing activity after the Supreme Court Ruling
The trial court ordered that
the pictures of those persons
whose Missouri convictions were before January 1, 1995 be
removed from the Highway Patrol website. The Highway Patrol
appealed and on April 1, 2008,
the Missouri Court of Appeals issued an opinion which affirmed
in part, reversed in part, and remanded to the circuit court
for further proceedings. The opinion and briefs appear below.
